Originally released in 1995, Streetcar (also known as Linie 1) is a true classic and now it is finding new life on Board Game Arena!
You take on the role of a trolley company trying to design the most efficient tram line through a busy city. You will receive a secret set of stations to connect, along with two terminals that mark the start and end of your route. Using a shared pool of track tiles, you will help build the city’s growing network. And there is one key twist: you are secretly weaving your own perfect line through it all.
Once your route is complete and every station is linked, it is time for the game's real fun: the race! You will send your trolley zooming through the network from one terminal to the other, hoping your planning pays off. The first player to complete the journey and visit all required stations wins!

Das ursprünglich 1995 erschienene Linie 1 (auch unter dem englischen Titel Streetcar bekannt) ist ein echter Klassiker und erlebt nun auf Board Game Arena eine Renaissance!
Du übernimmst die Leitung eines Verkehrsunternehmens mit dem Ziel, die effizienteste Straßenbahnlinie durch eine geschäftige Stadt zu entwerfen. Du erhältst geheime Haltestellen sowie eine Start- und eine Endstation, die du miteinander verbinden musst. Aus einer gemeinsamen Auslage nimmst du Schienenkärtchen, um das Schienennetz der Stadt zu erweitern. Dabei gibt es einen entscheidenden Kniff: Du bahnst du dir deinen eigenen, perfekten Weg durch das Ganze heimlich.
Sobald deine Route fertiggestellt ist und alle deine Stationen verbunden sind, beginnt der eigentliche Spielspaß: das Rennen! Du schickst deine Straßenbahn rasend schnell von einer Endhaltestelle zur anderen über das Schienennetz und hoffst, dass deine Planung aufgeht. Wer zuerst die Reise beendet und alle geforderten Stationen angefahren hat, gewinnt!
