An einer Stelle konnte ich die Spieloberfläche nicht erreichen
Detaillierte Beschreibung
• Was wurde auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt, als du blockiert wurdest (weißer Bildschirm? Teil der Spieloberfläche? Fehlermeldung?)
no error message or anything like that... my internet connection was ok!? Game “hung up” . and I got the penalty...even though according to the playing field it wasn't my turn• Welchen Browser benutzt du?

From what I see in the game log, there was no action done between 23:13:59 and 23:17:05, when SantaClaush decided to stop the game.
Unfortunately, I don't have any tool to analyze this kind of issue (only the server-side part would be visible, but connection issues are not visible there). I checked the logs of the game, but there is nothing for this table.
The connection is also entirely handled by BGA, there isn't much I can do.
I'm sorry, but I can't really do anything about this issue.

My game was lost and lost many karma points because the initial page didn't update properly, actual game had started but it didn't start for me. I lost many games and karma like this and I find it unfair

As the developer of the game, I have absolutely no control on how the initial pages load, network issues or karma.
I am sorry that you had this issue, but I can't do anything about it.
Please note that this kind of issue can come from BGA, but it can also be due to network problems, your browser being stuck or many other problems.
