Have tried F5 before, and conceding again - still could not, with same red error bar.
This problem is new. Conceding was possible at the end of 2 player games previously.
progress remaining at 0% observed in: 2-player realtime (base game, river expansion), friendly mode single player realtime
progress percentage does increase in: multiplayer turn based
