An einem Punkt war es unmöglich auch nur irgendeine Aktion durchzuführen (Spiel blockiert und nicht mehr spielbar)

• An welcher Stelle im Spiel ist das Problem aufgetreten? Was war die aktuelle Spielanweisung?
Il me restait 2 cartes que je pouvait marqué et cela à déclenché la fin de partie et jetais pas le 1er joueur. Donc la partie devait finir.• Was passiert, wenn du die Spielaktion ausführen möchtest (Fehlermeldung, Statusmeldung des Spiels, ...)?
Le bouton "Fin de tour" était affiché mais si on clique dessus affiche "Vous ne pouvez pas passer votre tour une deuxième fois de suite"
• Welchen Browser benutzt du?

En rafraichissant la page, la partie s'est terminée.
Mais il y a clairement un soucis de fin de partie dans certains cas où le bouton "Fin de partie" s'affiche mais n'est pas utile car la partie est finie et cela bloque tout. Cela m'est arrivé aujourd'hui clairement mais plusieurs fois ces dernières semaines.

Hi, watching the game replay you probably press Pass Turn button during last animation, when game was already over but browser still show you the scoring card.
I can check this particular situation, refresh always resolve this but I look to the code if it's possible to avoid it.

I worked on end turn button, lock the button while animation is going on. If this was the problem now it's fixed

We were playing realtime just fine. Suddenly, the game won't accept any moves, claims my internet failed (but another tab worked just fine and I checked on phone: no problems with connection.)
I tried F5, didn't do anything.
Tried to turn the game into turn-based (didn't respond), even tried to leave the game. Chat didn't work either, so couldn't even apologise or explain the situation to opponent.
Only thing I could do was shut browser (Firefox 120.0). Opened browser back up, logged in again. Seems like the game did switch to turn based after I had to quit the browser.
So far this has only happened once.
Might be related to your update today? Login also keeps giving error messages, but *does* work, despite that. Thkx for you time.

Hi, like you can see in the game page the code of ShiftingStones is online since 231101-2358, so First of Novembre 2023.
When a player has connection troubles like what you have described, the reasons can be 2:
you have a connection problem, maybe someone is working on your line, a storm or anything like that.
BGA is maintaining servers, maybe they are upgrading something and reboot the servers. In this case the problem can lasts for about 5 minutes at least.
I'm sorry I can't help more than this.
