An einem Punkt war es unmöglich auch nur irgendeine Aktion durchzuführen (Spiel blockiert und nicht mehr spielbar)

• An welcher Stelle im Spiel ist das Problem aufgetreten? Was war die aktuelle Spielanweisung?
constantly during the game• Was passiert, wenn du die Spielaktion ausführen möchtest (Fehlermeldung, Statusmeldung des Spiels, ...)?

Hello,
I received a penalty for this game that was not caused by me.
There were constant error messages such as...""You don't have the card in your hand...interrupted connection to the server.. and some others""
There was an uninterrupted internet connection.
It's annoying that you will probably be penalized for server problems at BGA.

The problem with this kind of issue is that they're temporary and may be linked to many different things (BGA's servers, internet connection between the server and you, your internet connection, ...)
In any case, I have looked at the various elements I have access to:
- The game history does show a penalty for not playing fast enough
- I do not have access to the history of notifications that were received and/or error messages
- I see in the logs there were some cases with "BGA main website do not respond", but not for your game
- I don't see any outage / server-wide problem with BGA today
Therefore, it would require a BGA administrator to look into more details about this.
BGA recommends using their troubleshooting tool first: boardgamearena.com/troubleshoot
This may reveal some problem, or maybe not.

In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.

When I try to begin a game in Arena, it screens the message "creation of a board game..." but i can't go on in the game neither i leave the game. if i log out and then in again, the situation is the same and i can't do anything. Sometimes i could click on "leave the game" that appears suddenly. It happened by pc and by mobile too. Others game have not this problem. only Scopa

the problem happens in my last 3 or 4 attempts to play, by mobile and by pc. I use Chrome in both devices.

SCOPA Spiel will starten > dann erscheint Nachricht "unerwarteter Fehler" F5 bringt keine Änderung ! es erscheint immer wieder diese Fehlermeldung... egal ob Arena oder Spiel mit Freunden...Spiel startet nicht
