Vorschlag: meiner Meinung nach würde das Folgende die Umsetzung des Spiels erheblich verbessern

• Bitte erkläre deinen Vorschlag so präzise und genau wie möglich, damit er leicht zu verstehen ist.
Cities Expansion "endorse" rule: You may choose a card with a featured icon that matches an icon on one of your top city cards. If you then tuck an appropriate card to pay the endorse cost, you may dogma twice for the chosen card. (City cards have no dogma action of their own.)
BGA: To endorse a card properly, you must click the chosen card first. If you instead click the city card first, it allows you to tuck to pay the cost, but rather than asking which card you want to endorse, it skips the rest of the action. The replay says I endorsed the (nonexistent) dogma action of the city.• Welchen Browser benutzt du?

Probably rare in real games, because you learn not to do it after the first time. Should be easy to reproduce, in any game with the Cities Expansion.

This is not a bug, as you already said. It's legal to endorse a city card since any echo effects underneath of it will be endorsed.

It probably merits the same "are you sure you want to do this?" popup as other bad dogma ideas - ideally only when there are no Echoes on the stack if that's an easy check, but perhaps at least just for games where the Echoes expansion isn't being used and/or the stack is unsplayed.
