After playing the Universal Pace Institute 6-cost development, my opponent appeared to accumulate too much Prestige. This is starting at move 42. I cannot see how my opponent continued to accumulate prestige - Federation Capital only accounted for 1 additional prestige when Rebel Alliance was played. In total, my opponent accumulated 9 prestige, whereas by my count it should have been 5 prestige. I gone through the game several times.• Ist der Regelverstoß in der Spielwiederholung zu sehen? There is a bug indeed. When player A has Improved Logistics and player B has Terraforming Engineers. Player A uses IL and gain a prestige from the second settle. Then they gain an additional prestige during the TE phase.
I'll look into it, thanks for the report. I might have to significantly refactor the settle phase.
Although in your game, it happened only twice, the other 7 prestige points were legitimate. 4 from cards, 1 from Universal Peace Institute consume power and 2 for placing Rebel Alliance (1 from Federation Capital and 1 from Rebel Council).
I'll look into it, thanks for the report. I might have to significantly refactor the settle phase.

The Logistics/TE bug appeared in game #35219926 as well. My opponent gained prestige twice, both after playing his world and after me using TE.

Hello- this might be related to this bug, but in game 146655801 I received an extra prestige on the last turn, also with improved logistics involved.

@McJarvis: in your case, I think the prestige count is accurate. You gained 1 for settling Devolved Uplift Race using Contact Specialist (because of Mediator), then 3 for Rebel 1 base: 1 for Mediator, 1 for Rebel Freedom Fighter, 1 for Imperium Capital.

Looks like it happened again on move 62 of table 200737708, making a note of it here. Improved Logistics player places Rebel Fuel Refinery for +2 prestige, and other player has Terraforming Engineers.

He had Rebel Freedom home world and Improved Logistics. I had Terraforming Engineers.
He played Rebel Base as his second settle. Instead of 1 prestige bonus (putting him at a total of 2 with me at 3),, he got 3 prestige, lifting him to 4 prestige, passing my 3 and claiming the 5 point prestige reward bonus in this game.
Can anything be done to fix this game in progress?

It looks like it also happened here - boardgamearena.com/3/raceforthegalaxy?table=276631474 when placing Rebel Council (around move 49). Prestige was duplicated, card was placed w/ Improved Logistics in play and opponent had Terraforming Engineers

I had improved logistics and opponent had Terraforming engineers. It only occurs on the second settle. On move 46 I gained 2 prestige points for Rebel Council before terraforming phase and on move 47 i gained 2 prestige points after terraforming phase.
This happened again at move 58/59 I gained 1 prestige from PGSC and another one on next turn.
I had improved logistics and opponent had Terraforming engineers. It only occurs on the second settle. On move 46 I gained 2 prestige points for Rebel Council before terraforming phase and on move 47 i gained 2 prestige points after terraforming phase.
This happened again at move 58/59 I gained 1 prestige from PGSC and another one on next turn.

As above, I had Improved Logistics and opponent had Terraforming Engineers. I gained a prestige on the second settle action and somehow gained an extra prestige that I shouldn't have had. Didn't change the outcome on this game but it could have, given prestige was one of the goals.
