I currently have The Cloister under construction. The Cloister requires 2 Stone, 2 Wood and 2 Knowledge to build. On turn 38 I placed a Craftsman with 2 Stone and 2 Knowledge to work on the Cloister. Neither of these resources grayed out to indicate that they had been fulfilled as it has with other buildings. On move 51 I placed another Craftsman (2 Wood, 2 Tile) to work on the Cloister. This time the 2 Wood did gray out to indicate that it has been fulfilled.
My turn ends when I place another worker on another building in Move 52. At this point I have 2 Craftsmen on the Cloister with 2 of each resource. As the Cloister only requires 2 each of 3 of the 4 resources I should have enough to finish the building, but it is not finished.
This could be me misreading the rules but I do think the building should be finished at this point.

Update: Completely my mistake. I now realize that the Cloister requires 4 of the Wood and Knowledge resources, not 2 and that everything is correct.
