The game will not let me use my grande meeple on the plant action. I have refreshed many times and tried on different browsers/devices.

Cannot place a grand worker on a plant action taken by another player. Tried in bga android application and in latest chrome browser
2 player game, so only 1 space free to start with
F5 did not solve...

This is only my second play of the game and therefore unsure if this is a recurring problem.
