I've been asked to change the German/English game option text to include all the summary rules change. That's why you see the text this way.

I understand that, but there is some middle ground here with shortened texts. For example: "Hoovermatic before Alchemister, Wandering Gnome moved when buying mining right, Cannot keep card you already had, Minimum price 0"

Regarding the game options and the display in the lobby, I already stated how it should look like.
I clarified this with the publisher Lookout and they agreed on this:

I agree, when the table is shown to the other players, only the (very) short form should be seen.
