I had two coat of arms actions available. I wanted to place a special facade tile and flip all of my ability tiles. When I place the facade first and then flipped the abilities the end of turn would not trigger. It only says "undo turn".

I had to flip first and then place the facade in order to get it to trigger. Perhaps it was because a "confirm" option did not pop up when I placed the facade first?

When I tried it the other way it worked. I did have previous issues with getting the end of turn to trigger with the ability flip action.
