I notice it's when a player quit or skip, main site is not notified than the player chance, and so I was not noticied that is my turn.

The website says it's my turn but when I get there, it say it's my opponent's turn (it's really my opponent's turn)

Same here, i was waiting for mort, see my chat ref, asking him or her if he wws okay.. and now I got punishment for it. Too bad!

Happened to me first turn of my splendor game. Timer wasn’t moving, said it was the player before me turn. Reloads didn’t help. Eventually I forced the web browser back to the home menu and the history said I had been timed out and kicked

This situation happened to me on game #427566874. I was waiting for lilialle to play, the hourglass was on that persons name, her timer was shown as decreasing. A message appeared after a while that I was being expelled; I was confused. There was a box to click saying 'get back in the game', and i tried that but it wouldn't let me, saying that my time was in the red.

- I made my move
- the interface responded as if my move had completed
- there was a delay
- I started hearing that timeout warning sound
- I refreshed the screen a couple of times
- eventually I saw that the table was in a different state. The card I had reserved was no longer on the table
- I tried a couple more times to complete my turn
- I was expelled and lost 36 points in the tournament
This was particularly bad timing since I was one move away from winning. The other player could not win, but they did win due to the glitch!

I’m on Chrome on an iPad. Table list shows it’s my turn but the game itself thinks it’s an opponents turn. Restarting chrome did nothing, nor did refreshing the page.

This looks like the same bug as "#46334: "It is my turn but the main site shows that it is my opponent's turn" (upvote both, if this is a problem you've encountered)

Same as above. Just I was about to expel the other player for being out of time, they expelled me.

I was playing a game of Splendor, 4 player, last night, and instead of informing me it was my turn, it looked like another player was not playing. I could not see any indication that it was my turn until I went to comment to the player to move, and the interface told me I'd been disqualified because I'd not played in a timely manner.

This has happened several times, and I've found a work-around, which is to refresh the page. At that point, if it is my turn, it will show. But this is highly intermittent. It might happen once every game or two. But given that I have had a 100% rating for most of my time I've played on this Web site, and my connect at this time appeared rock solid, I think this is an interface problem.

I was waiting for the other player (who appeared to be using their mobile) to play their move. The bars were flashing grey as if they had gone offline and the clock had ticked down to the point were I could expel them for being out of time. I was just about to message them and ask if they were still playing, before expelling them, when I got a message flash at the top of the screen, saying I was out of time and about to be expelled. My clock, which had been sitting at around 1.49 seconds dropped to minus. It looked like their time waste was deducted from my clock when they reconnected to the game. I've had this happen once before and the circumstances were almost identical. The only thing that I am not certain was identical is if the other player was using a mobile on that occasion. But other than that, the exact same thing happened (only on that occasion the player did expel me).

I was waiting for the other player to have their go. They timed out. I asked if they were still there. They said yup and indicated they believed it was my go and they were waiting for me.
I could not go as it was registering their turn, not mine.
The clock ticked over to ask if I wanted to expel them. I clicked to expel as it was the only thing I could do.
The game reset and it registered me as being -17 seconds in time deficit. Before I clicked the expel I had well over 1 minute left on my time. Splendor is still the only game that I have experienced this in. This time I think the other player was using a computer, not a mobile.

It said it was the Jinhee65 turn and they were out of time. I asked if we should skip. the other play said yes I then skipped and it said I was out of time and that I would be kicked and penalized. Now I have bad karma points boo.

Happened to me at table 682332897.

It looks like my remaining time got transferred to wanderingmerchant when it happened. It was after they were over by 30 seconds and I decided to click the "skip turn" button after waiting. After I clicked it, I was suddenly the person over time by about the same amount of time they were.

I had similar issue on 15th Dec 2025 around 11:30AM EST ( It was showing another player turn in my interface but me ended up getting expelled). It caused me to lose elo ratings as well as reputation rating
