In Safari (on an iPad) completed buildings are "face-up" (un-built) but reversed rather than "face-down" (built).
It DOES happen during replay on the Safari device, as is visible (from iPad Safari) on "The Treehouse" at boardgamearena.com/archive/replay/210430-0924/?table=170113084&player=87611129&comments=87611129;&goto=22

This only affected Safari user and was not replicatable in Chrome "simulated iPad device" mode.

This is still a problem in Safari 14. The 'finished' side of the building is there, just underneath the reversed image. Choosing 'Inspect Element' on the reversed building and then 'Toggle Visibility' on the div of class "building" that contains the reversed image reveals the proper one. It seems like it might be a layering problem.
