Error message that a game cannot be conceded before 50% progression, even if out games was at 95% progression.

This actually is not a bug! BGA has a rule that you can't resign until a game reaches 50% completion. The round in progress hasn't been scored yet. The game won't count as 50% complete until someone gets to 12 points in a finished round (more than half the target score).
You should be allowed to resign one the round is completed and scored and the other player has more than 12 points.
Incidentally, there's no reason to concede this game until your opponent wins. Your opponent can draw nothing but cats for 2 rounds and you can catch up.

It is not about the reason that I still have x% to win (which in my screenshot was very-very low). It is my desicion to concede the game if I want to.
You can clearly see that the game is 95% progression. Opponent has 21 points. I should be allowed to conceed if I wish to based on BGA rules.
