I wanted to name my band• Was versuchst du, um diese Spielaktion auszulösen?
After selecting my initial color to fill in for the initial setup I clicked on the pencil icon to name my band. After entering the band name I clicked okay.• Was passiert, wenn du dies versuchst (Fehlermeldung, Statusmeldung des Spiels, ...)?
Once i did this the action bar changed to "Move recording, please wait" and then just stays there no matter how long I wait.• Welchen Browser benutzt du?

Issue can be resolved with a refresh of the game, and the name I entered is recorded, but if you don't refresh you will just be sitting at move recording forever.

I can't replicate the problem. :-(
If this happens again, could you check if there is something in the developper console: press F12 an click on the "Console" tab. There might be some red text and if there is, a screenshot would help!

I just tried it myself solo and the error did not occur, but normally I am playing with other players. The error occurs after finishing selecting my initial color, and confirming my move, but before everyone else finishes their setup and goal cards are drawn.
I will start another game to see if I can replicate and check the console.
