The Age A deck has a card called Development of Civilization that, when drawn, allows each player to build a mine, grow a pop, or discover a technology. In my current game I receive this message when I select to develop Strategy.
"Unexpected error: Error while processing database request (reference: GS6 28/01 17:38:38)"

I have sufficient light bulbs, 13, to develop strategy, which requires 8.
I am in the middle of a war with another player. The boost to military strength from Strategy will alter it.
Recently, the BGA website had database errors that made visiting any table of any game impossible for a few hours. Perhaps this error is related to that problem.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this? I'm finding lots of posts on the bug forums with "unexpected errors" in it. I wonder if it's a problem unique to the recent outage and not the game of Through the Ages.

Based on other posts, I think someone might fix this problem if I file the report under "blocked," as this report is (boardgamearena.com/bug?id=56564).
