I used MS Edge & Chrome on a Windows Laptop.
I used BGA app (firefox) on Android.
At the same time I could not load or reload my BGA profile, or BGA forums or any other BGA window.
My internet connection was working properly as I could do many other things.
It took about 3 hours for the problem to resolve itself.
