• Welcher Teil der Spielregel wurde durch die BGA-Adaption nicht beachtet?
The rules state that at the end of the game, "all suggestions and cards remaining in players' hands are moved to Agony." However, the final situation has us at Harmony: 28 and Agony: 13. The remaining cards were not added to Agony (which would put Agony at 22).
Furthermore, the final score is unclear. With 28 Harmony and 22 Agony, our net difference is +6. Our final score however was shown as +12.• Ist der Regelverstoß in der Spielwiederholung zu sehen? Falls ja, bei welcher Zugnummer?

I see from other reports that the choice to keep remaining cards out of Agony was a deliberate choice, which I can understand to some extent, but it'll still kind of confusing.
To me I guess the bigger question is why did the Game Results say our score was 12 instead of 6?

The final score is multiplied by the difficulty modifier (Easy: x1, Normal: x2, Hard: x3).
This rewards harder games more by boosting rating increase.
