This mainly affects asynchronous games. I've had prompts in the game that it's my turn, and when I go to take my turn, there is no action I can do and the only option is to click "don't place a hut". If that's the case, the game should automatically progress so the next player doesn't have to wait for me.

Similarly if you only have 1 card left you should play it automatically (haven't gotten to that stage of our game yet so not sure if the implementation does this already.)
