Game started around June 7, 2024 and one player has not taken turn.
"Skip Turn" function does not work.
All other players voted to abandon game, one player has not voted.
All players are stuck with this game.
Players should be able to skip turn or abandon game when one or more players has gone so long with no move.• Welchen Browser benutzt du?

This has nothing to do with Star Fluxx game itself.
Abandoning or kicking out inactive players are general features from BGA itself, so if you have issues with that functionality you should log a bug for BGA site.
However, in this case you were specifically playing in “Friendly mode”.
This means there are no time limits, players can take as long as they want to do a move, and there is no way to kick them out and no BGA penalties.
You should only play in this mode with your Friends and people you know and trust to play.
