I became aware of it when I received an email from BGA notifying me that I was running out of time. Now that I am aware of this table, I can still only access it via the link provided in the email that was sent to me. I can only find out when it is my turn now by following that link every so often to find out whose turn it is.

Like AVAWalker's original comment, two games were created with the same opponents. I didn't know about the second game until I got the email saying I was running out of time. Going to the main Turn The Tide game page doesn't list the game there, either, meaning the only way to know the status is via opening the link directly.
I tried the option to vote to collectively abandon the table, and it says "you are no longer playing on this table (game has ended or you have been expelled)." Even though I'm still at the table.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
